A third narcomanta with a threatening message against the authorities was found by the priest in charge of a church on Avenida Manuel Gómez Morín, in the Zaragoza area, reported municipal police from the Valle District.

The preventive agents went to the San Martín Obispo church, where the parish priest found the message hanging on the fence and notified the authorities through the emergency number 911.

The banner signed by an alleged criminal leader ‘El Tower’ or ‘El 20’ was removed by the uniformed officers, who quickly took it away.
