There was a carambola on Teófilo Borunda avenue, since the pavement was wet from a water leak that froze, causing the cars that were driving in the lane to skid and hit each other.

This happened on Teófilo Borunda avenue at the height of Elia street, in the Jardines del Santuario neighborhood, where the frozen lane caused at least six vehicles to collide and skid on the ice on the street, including a Red Cross ambulance .

Given the low temperatures that were registered this Wednesday morning of up to -4 degrees Celsius, the pavement of Teófilo Borunda avenue froze

In the first instance, a black Sonata, Hyundai vehicle collided with a Renault van, which in turn collided with a Cherokee van.

In the left lane were a Mazda and a red Chevrolet pickup, which stopped after a Red Cross ambulance dodged the Sonata vehicle, however, the Mazda collided with the Pick Up.

Immediately, agents of the Highway Police flagged the place of the accident and closed the traffic in the Canal to divert them through Prolongación del Bosque street.

The first reports indicate that this mishap did not leave people injured, only multiple material damages remained.

Given the danger that this represented, it was necessary for Highway Police agents to block the section in question because the accident generated great traffic chaos on Teófilo Borunda avenue on the north side.
