The Hidalgo State Attorney General’s Office (PGJEH) issued a search form and an Amber Alert to try to locate the mother and daughter who have been missing since November 24. They are Seyla Morales and Clarissa de León, both of American nationality.
According to the search file with the FDBHGO/461/2022 report and the Amber Hidalgo Alert with the AAMHGO/049/2022 report, the last time they were seen was eleven days ago in the municipality of Tulancingo, since then they have been his whereabouts are unknown.
The PGJEH announced that Seyla Morales is 1.63 meters tall, weighs about 60 kilograms, has long, wavy, dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. On the other hand, Clarissa de León is 1.20 meters tall, weighs approximately 30 kilograms, has long, straight, dark brown hair, as well as dark brown eyes.
According to relatives, the last time they heard from them, they left for the park, but they did not return, for which they consider that their integrity may be at risk, the public is asked to find their whereabouts.
