Xalapa, Ver.- Although the Delfines Marching Band of the General Secondary School number 5 of Xalapa is the only group in Latin America who will participate for the second time in the “Thanksgiving Parade” in the United States, no authority has supported it financially.

Delfino Castillo Vázquez, General Director of the Band affirms that there was an approach to the municipal and state authorities but there is no interest in promoting and strengthening education, art and culture.
