Despite the fact that some productive sectors estimate that an economic reactivation is taking place in this last quarter of the year, for many this reactivation is not fully reflected. This is due to the inflation that exists and also that, many of the incomes have decreased in recent months.
In the opinion of the president of the Business Coordinating Council of Tabasco (CCET) Edgar Garduño Paz, economic reactivation is taking place in the entity, despite coming from several months of ups and downs.
He indicated that economic activity should improve especially in the last quarter of the year when the Christmas bonus and other year-end benefits are approaching. However, he recognized that this reactivation is not reflected by the current inflation and also that people do not currently earn the same.

“Due to inflation, costs and raw materials have increased significantly and we hope that by next year, it will be regulated because now, companies cannot make their products more expensive because people do not earn more,” he established.
The former president of Canagraf in Tabasco indicated that 2022 is expected to close with positive numbers, since a large part of the companies are from the oil sector and there is an increase in general, in the services that the population requires.
For this reason, he called on the authorities in charge of public security to redouble their vigilance in companies for the next few months to see the flow of money for bonuses or even trust that bank accompaniment can be implemented again. .
“As always, the authorities have to implement it, we ask them for the operations so that the companies do not suffer theft in the Christmas bonus, if it is already difficult to collect the money, it is more complicated that they are going to steal it, in previous years they implement a telephone to accompany the deposit and we hope that this year they will do so”, he stressed.
For his part, the president of the Coparmex in Tabasco, José Luis Zúñiga Lozano, indicated that although it comes from two complicated years, towards the month of December there could be a recovery.
“I have argued that the most important thing is that the pandemic is becoming more and more a thing of the past, certainty allows the businessman to continue investing and betting,” he said.
He stated that the companies are coming out of negative numbers and are trying to recover the balance point, pay overdue debts, pay suppliers, but “we hope that this December we can already recover in positive numbers,” he said.
