The winner of a Grammy for Watermelon Sugar, Harry Styles, received a banner on Wednesday in honor of the 15 concerts he had in New York.
The singer began the series of concerts in the city on August 20, appearing for 15 days (distributed) at the MSG.
For this reason, upon receiving the banner from the stadium, the artist burst into tears due to the emotion of having “sold out” in each of his shows in the city.
Madison Square Garden has a capacity of 20,789 people and the artist sold the number of tickets for each of his shows in that venue.
Gayle King, presenter of CBS, was in charge of giving this recognition to the artist and celebrating that moment with him.
Styles thanked the venue and the fans who helped him sell every concert ticket and took a moment to wipe away tears.
“You guys have changed my life over and over again and this… is incredibly special to me. I thank you very much. We love playing for you every night. I hope to return soon, I will return as long as they accept me! ”, The artist thanked his fans.
